With a total floor area of 98 square meters, this model provides a highly functional layout that is ideal for families. The structure features four dedicated bedrooms and one fully equipped bathroom, offering a practical balance of private and communal living spaces.

This industrialized modular home is constructed entirely inside our controlled factory workshop to ensure high precision and quality. Once the individual modules are completed, they are transported to your plot for final assembly and installation. This off-site manufacturing process significantly reduces construction time and minimizes weather-related delays on site.
