The Nex 150 is an industrialized, single storey modular home manufactured entirely in a controlled workshop environment and transported directly to your plot. Built with a robust steel profile framework, the modules are transported by truck and assembled on a prepared concrete slab using an autocrane, completing the primary installation in a single day.

This 150 square meter residence is designed for thermal efficiency and comfort. It features enclosure panels with an 80 mm polyurethane core and external carpentry with a thermal break. The integrated reinforced concrete slab includes an energy efficient aerothermal system that provides both underfloor heating and cooling throughout the home.

The interior layout maximizes space with a spacious 50.32 square meter open plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The remaining space is divided into three bedrooms, one main bathroom, one guest toilet, and a dedicated laundry room.
