Submit your project details and receive a transparent, line-item proposal within 48 hours.

The quote covers the home, transport options, installation and every available upgrade — no hidden fees.

Step 03

A reservation deposit locks your price and reserves your production slot.

Payment terms are agreed individually in your contract and tied to clear production and delivery milestones.

Step 04

Your home is built indoors in our Tallinn factory — or shipped directly from available stock for the fastest delivery.

You receive photo updates at key production milestones and a final 40-point inspection report.

Step 05

We coordinate logistics from Estonia to your destination — road, sea or both.

Delivery to most European destinations takes 2–14 days. We handle permits for oversized transport.

Step 06

Our team assembles the home and connects utilities on your prepared foundation.

Most models are installed in 1–5 days. We can advise on foundation preparation beforehand.

Step 07

Final walkthrough, handover of keys and documentation — and the start of your 10-year structural warranty.

Your advisor remains your single point of contact for any after-sales questions.
