Some models include transportation; others are quoted separately depending on the destination. Your quotation will always specify all transportation costs line by line — no hidden fees.

Our professional installation partners handle assembly, placement and utility connections. You receive a final walkthrough and the keys — plus the start of your warranty.

Homes travel as completed modules on specialist flatbed transport, with route and access planning handled by our logistics team. Containers and pools are crane-lifted into position — typically within a few hours of arrival.

Payment terms are agreed individually in your contract and staged according to production and delivery milestones. Your advisor will explain the full structure before you sign.

Yes. Every home includes a 10-year structural warranty, 5 years on systems (electrical, plumbing, windows) and 2 years on all remaining components. Pools carry a 10-year shell warranty.
